If you missed this post, it’s where we started this conversation. We had just gotten to the topic of GRACE. But grace is so critical, and such a foundation to our peace and happiness that it deserves its own space. So, here we are.
This is the first step to finding true happiness. It’s not just about “changing your thoughts” or “awareness.”
It’s dropping the judgment of where you are in this present moment and accepting it as if you had chosen it.
This is the thing that allows us to step into curiosity, compassion, and awareness. It’s the most powerful gift we can give to ourselves in these moments.
From there, we can intentionally decide if we are ready (or if we even want to!) change our thoughts to something different.
But it all starts with grace.
Grace is available to you at any time.
It is the precursor to true happiness.
It’s something that you will learn how to cultivate through practice and patience, and something that I still have to remind myself I’m worthy of at any moment.
So when you’re in that spiral of doubt, shame, or regret, remember that GRACE is the ladder that will help you climb out.
