The difference between happy people and miserable ones is simple: happy people think happier thoughts!
Just think about that for a moment. Essentially all that’s standing in your way between right now and a happier version of you and your life – are your thoughts!
Of course, I understand that you might be feeling stuck on how you get your thoughts to be happier. Especially these days!
But it is possible! Your mind is that powerful.
So how do you think happier thoughts?
Thoughts, just like anything else form habits. If you find yours frequently stuck in negative patterns then it’s time to make new habits.
2. Download The Radical Happiness Cards, cut them out, and place them all around your house, office, car… Where ever you’ll see them on the regular.
Each time you see a card, stop, and read it. (bonus points if you read it out loud.)
3. Set the goal to LAUGH more.
This one is so much fun! When you set a goal to laugh more, and you take it seriously… You have to consciously think about who you’re around, what you’re consuming, and where you’re putting your energy.
You might find that you’re picking a comedy over the drama. A book meant to make you belly laugh instead of cry. And choosing to spend your Friday night with friends that love to smile more than share drama.

Happiness is not about circumstances. It’s not about everything going right. It’s not about the right marriage, or job, or friends, or anything but this… Happiness is about choices!
