Girl, you’re more than that.
“More than what?” you ask?
More than all those external parameters that we measure ourselves by.
You know the ones—all the numbers we assign meaning to as if we didn’t have a choice.
We look at those numbers and compare. Compare with others, with the past version of ourselves, and with what we consider to be the “ideal.” Some ideal standard that we have been fed through society and millions, nay billions of marketing dollars.
It’s time to see the numbers for what they are. NUMBERS.
It’s not the numbers that cause our suffering, it’s the comparison.
Because in some way or form, it seems we always come up short.
But I’m here to tell you, you’re more than that.
They say “the numbers don’t lie,” and they don’t. It’s the messages we tell ourselves about the numbers that are lies.
Lies that attach meaning to external sources to who you are internally. And there is no shortage of evidence that supports that you’re not good enough if that’s what you’re using as a reference.
You are so much more—infinitely more—than what any of those numbers mean. As a matter of fact, they have absolutely NO direct bearing on your value, worth, or potential.
Yet we allow numbers to have so much sway on our emotional well-being. We subconsciously think that we would be “worth” more if we “had” more. LIES!!!
Our worth is not defined by what society wants you to define it by.
It was set before you were born.
So no matter what those numbers are, start telling the TRUTH about what they mean.
Which is: you’re more than that. So. Much. More. If you want some more TRUTHS to think, grab my radical thoughts HERE!

No thanks, I'd rather do this alone.
