I get it. Somedays you’re just not feeling it. “Everything” seems to be going wrong. And this “funk” just won’t go away. We’ve all been there, unable to shake the feeling, and sometimes not even knowing why.
We find ourselves ruminating, blaming, fighting against reality.
None of which are very productive, even though in the moment they feel “justified.” It’s as if we’re powerless to change any of it.
Enter the 5 minute Happiness Reset. And honestly, if you even do ONE of these things, it may only take 5 seconds. WHAT?
When you’re feeling apathetic, sad, or frustrated and you’re ready to feel something different (this is key!), you can “interrupt” your mood by doing these simple things. Experiment to see which ones work for you!
